为繁荣国家影视文化产业，培养中国电影专业人才队伍，为社会创作一流优秀影视作品，推动地区影视文化产业发展，北京电影学院与北京可立欧文化产业发展有限公司合作，于全国范围内建立北京电影学院创作教学实践基地建设及双方在共同发展文化、影视、传媒等产业方面长期的全面合作北京电影学院选派负责创作教学实践工作的负责人及技术团队，负责基地影视动漫教育、拍摄技术、技术研发、产业政策研究、作品创作、产品宣传高端人才集聚、产业资源协调的相关工作，同时可立欧为北京电影学院理事会理事单位，成立北京电影学院实践创作实习基地。 

　　整体项目依托北京电影学院的国际化视野，借助高新电影科技和高端影视人才，建设国际一流的涵盖影视创作、策划、拍摄、制作、发行、举办的文化交流、会展、研讨会、优秀影片评奖、培训班等活动的资金筹措；并定期举办优秀作品展示，对基地创作的优秀作品予以奖励资助。
